| Travel Guard’s MedEvac plans provide worldwide worldwide emergency medical coverage for injuries or sicknesses which occur while traveling. MedEvac will transport you to the hospital of your choice where appropriate medical treatment can be obtained and then home, if warranted. PLUS, unlike other medical evacuation only plans, MedEvac covers related medically necessary expenses.
Coverage includes:

- Transport of dependent children back home
- Hospital visit from spouse or other loved one

Take note of this important Travel Guard Annual MedEvac Plan information:
- You have to add 54% (or multiply it by 1.54) to the Annual MedEvac rates to get the optional Optional Adventure Sports Coverage’s cost plus its $3 non-refundable policy fee
- You can get either an individual or family Annual MedEvac plan
- Coverage can be purchased up to 24 hours before departure
- Travel Guard (not from us) has a $3 non-refundable policy fee (not per person) you need to add to the prices below
- The daily per person rates for a 31 – 365 days’ long trip are $4 – $7 depending on your age
| Annual Plan benefits are shown as the total per year. This means if you use any amount, your remaining benefits decrease by that amount for the balance of your policy year. Renewing your plan resets the benefits to their full amounts. |

Q. What time period do you look back regarding Pre-Existing conditions?
A. We are looking back 180-days prior to the effective date of the policy.
Q. How far from home do I need to be for my coverage to be effective?
A. In order for all services and insured benefits to be in effect, you must be traveling at least 100 miles from your permanent residence.
Q. How long is my coverage in effect?
A. Travel Guard annual plans include 365 days of coverage for trips.
